Universal Studios Singapore is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests.
If you have mobility challenges or other disabilities, the park offers services to ensure a smooth visit. Wheelchair users can enjoy accessible pathways and separate queues at select attractions.
Guests can also rent strollers, wheelchairs, and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) inside the park, near the stroller and wheelchair rental area at the entrance.
Universal Studios Singapore gets over 4 million visitors a year, so it’s best to book your tickets early. The General Admission ticket is the most budget-friendly, the Express Pass helps you skip lines, and the VIP Pass offers a premium experience.
Bringing a Service Animal
Universal Studios Singapore welcomes service animals in most areas, including attraction queues, shops, and restaurants.
Guide dogs are allowed in all restaurants, but other service animals may have restrictions in Halal-certified dining areas, so it’s best to check with Guest Services before starting your visit.
However, some rides can’t accommodate service animals for safety reasons.

- Battlestar Galactica: CYLON
- Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN
- Revenge of the Mummy

Accessible Parking & Entrance
Guests with a Disabled Parking Permit can park in a designated area near the Visitor’s Centre for easier access to the park.
Just inside the main entrance, guests can find the wheelchair and stroller rental facility, which also offers storage for bulky items.
Most attractions have a separate entrance for manual wheelchair users, providing a less crowded path for easier access.

Accessibility for Guests with Hearing Disabilities
Universal Studios Singapore offers assistive listening in many attraction queues and shows.
Venues like Pantages Hollywood Theater, Lights, Camera, Action!, WaterWorld, Donkey LIVE, and Shrek 4-D Adventure have amplified audio for better sound clarity.
Most modern hearing aids will automatically pick up the signal, but assistive listening devices can be borrowed from Guest Services if needed.
Some TV monitors display captions in English for video content in queues, while safety-related videos have captions in English and Simplified Chinese.
Captioning is also available at Lights, Camera, Action! (pre-show) in Simplified Chinese and Shrek 4-D Adventure (pre-show and main theatre) in English.
Guests with hearing disabilities should inform an attendant upon arrival for the best assistance.
